We provide you with a comprehensive reference guide on how to use the Toolkit along with a host of templates and resources; you simply edit a couple of documents to suit your business needs and operational preferences. It’s a kind of DIY approach, we provide the expertise, resources and instructions, and you simply provide your own time.

Platinum:

If you would prefer a more hands-on approach by an industry expert, freeing you up to focus on your business, our Platinum service might be just what you are looking for.

We’ll do all of the planning and implementation of your driver risk management programme, then train key stakeholders within your business so that you can be self-sufficient after the programme is launched, we’ll be with you every step of the way, handing over a programme that will see you in a good place, not only doing the right thing as a responsible employer, bet ensuring you meet your legal duty of care obligations too.

Platinum-Plus:

This is our flagship service. It has all the features of our Platinum service, the key difference being we will take care of the ongoing management of your driver risk management programme, we become your ‘virtual’ driver risk manager, freeing up your administrator to work on more value-add tasks.

Which Option is best for me?

The Option you choose will largely be dictated by your budget versus your time, in-house expertise and people resource. The outcomes are the same for Essential and Platinum, it’s just the route by which we get you there is different. Platinum-Plus simply enables you to outsource your initial and ongoing driver risk management programme.

Essential as the name suggests, will provide you with everything you need to introduce and manage a driver risk management programme within your business. It’s an ideal approach if you’ve had previous experience with introducing a driver risk management programme, and have the time but not the resources like risk assessments, driver safety policy, communications templates, and so on.

The Essential Toolkit is a kind of ‘DIY approach, all of the templates you are likely to need are included in the resource library, and we’ve already done a lot of the hard work for you as many of them are pre-populated. You simply download the resources and our comprehensive ‘How To’ guide, then work your way through the guide editing the documents where signposted, this will ensure they are bespoke to your business and your operational preferences.

Platinum is a Driver Risk Management service that is ideal for businesses who don’t have the time, resources, or expertise to work their way through the Essential Toolkit themselves, but nonetheless, have the desire to manage driver safety well and would therefore prefer an industry expert to plan and project manage the introduction of their driver risk management programme, handing it over in a good place for the business to manage on an ongoing basis.

The creation, introduction and launch of your driver risk management programme will be facilitated for you, leaving you free to do what you do best within your business. All we need is a ‘Champion’ within your business who can be our point of contact, we’ll work with them on your journey to implement your driver safety programme and,  we’ll also train them and other key stakeholders on what they need to do to maintain a healthy culture of safe driving in the workplace, a culture that will see you doing the right thing as a responsible employer and in doing so, ensuring you meet your duty of care obligations under health and safety law.

Platinum-plus is our flagship services, it has all of the features of Platinum, that is for us to plan and implement your driver risk management programme, then, instead of your having to manage the day-to-day tasks of your driver safety programme, we will do this for you, becoming your ‘virtual’ driver risk manager, think of it as an outsourced service.

To facilitate this, we will introduce a driver risk management information management system, and while we will manage your drivers and vehicle compliance on your behalf, you will have 24/7 access into a management portal so that you will always know the status of your drivers and their vehicles.

Conditional on our managing your driver risk management programme will be for the business to introduce our recommended driver risk management information system. There is an additional and separate charge for this system, payable direct to our partner, we will provide full details and costs if this is a service that you are interested in.
